This quote really spoke to my heart and my fears. I feel this way so many times. I’m scared to really say what I think or feel.

I never quite put it together that even when I stay silent I am still afraid.

Today’s art is paired with a rock because it reminded me of a tombstone at first glance and then I realize how beautiful the details were when I looked closer.

This rock has traveled so far in order to be surrounded by others like it and different from it. It is also in close companionship with gorgeous blooming flowers and and a velvety lawn.

This is not a place of death, but a garden full of life.

So the choice is yours, be heard or be silent. Either way there are opportunities to examine and embrace choice and beauty.
