We each have our own lives to be accountable for and often times we are also responsible for other people’s well being too. This can feel overwhelming at times but with proper management and communication it can be ok.

The key to successfully managing and changing our lives is being organized and aware. Make sure that the life you are living is actually the one you want to live. There is a very small difference here verbally and a mountain of difference in your existence.

Making conscious choices and planning your routines and systems thoughtfully will allow you to live the life you actually want to live.

Getting up every day and just living is not the same thing.

Taking action is the first step towards conscious living. Make a choice to start small and see the big picture at the same time. Understand where you want to go and then figure out where to start and what to start doing.

Put all of this information into a master planning system to set goals and plan your days. 

Allow yourself the freedom to choose your own adventure and possible outcomes. 

Don’t think that anyone else is going to come along and plan your life out for you the way that you would want it to be. Not only is this not going to happen, they may just plan a life they want you to live and it might not look anything like what you want.
